What is a "Bench fee"?

Basicly, a bench fee is what a computer tech charges you when you come into his business and place your computer on the "bench". Before he even takes a look at your system. Some places charge as much as $100.00!

At "REBOOT", We only charge a "bench"fee for diagnosing a system, if you decide to have the work done somewhere else.

If we do the service, we only charge you for the time (and parts) it takes  to do the job! Not how long your computer sits on a bench.

Remember, The big stores have a lot of space and big advertising budgets to pay for. They have to charge huge amounts of money for the simplest job's.

At "REBOOT", You get charged a fair amount for the same jobs as the bigger stores.
